Thanks to the lovely peeps at Frankie magazine for providing the awesome recipe. It is crunchy and yummy and I'm afraid I might end up having it for lunch as well as breakfast. However there was a slight mishap...I sent my Mr to the grocery shop to buy the ingredients., and the pumpkin seeds he picked out were salted. So now the mixture tastes a little bit like salted nuts. Still doesn't stop me from eating it straight from the container.
